By booking transportation or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

P & Q’s Hauling LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).
We do not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, call 911.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Services and website use are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking transportation, submitting information, or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative booking on behalf of a rider.

3. Scheduling Policy

Trips must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff

Accurate pickup and drop-off details must be provided

4. Rider Responsibilities

Riders and booking contacts agree to:

Provide accurate mobility and safety information

Ensure the rider is ready at the scheduled pickup time

Inform us of cancellations or changes as soon as possible

5. Wait Time & Delays

We allow reasonable wait time at facilities. Excessive delays may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.
Repeated no-shows may affect future service availability.

7. Assistance Limitations

Drivers provide door-to-door assistance but are not permitted to:

Lift patients

Provide medical care

Administer medication

8. Safety Requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

The rider poses a safety risk

Required mobility information was not disclosed

Conditions exceed vehicle or driver capability

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at booking unless covered by insurance. Private pay rates and billing terms will be communicated in advance.

10. Liability

P & Q’s Hauling LLC is not responsible for:

Missed appointments due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays

Personal belongings left in vehicles

We operate with care but cannot guarantee arrival times under all conditions.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false booking information.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. SMS Consent & Communication Policy

By providing your mobile phone number while booking services, you agree to receive text messages from P & Q’s Hauling LLC regarding your transportation services. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, arrival notifications, service updates, and other trip-related information.

Message frequency may vary based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not required to receive services.

Text messaging is not always a secure form of communication. By opting in, you acknowledge this risk.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
